The Temple of Hatshepsut (in ancient Egyptian Djeser-Djeseru meaning “Holy of Holies”) is a mortuary temple built during the reign of Queen Hatshepsut of the Eighteenth Dynasty. It is considered to be a masterpiece of ancient architecture.
